We allow anyone to markup and publish minutes, although you should be aware of any copyright restrictions before you decide to upload material.

How do I get started?

Process your first set of minutes into the required format, then make them available through our free and easy signup process. Afterwards, you can easily

We have votes, but only record the decision, not the question or who voted how, what do we do?

Enter them as an aside rather than a vote.

Who can upload new meetings?

Meetings are uploaded via a custom URL which you can give to those you trust. If you lose the address or just want to change it, only the email address which originally created the site can reset it frmo the about page of your TSFY site.

If there's a problem, please contact the site admins to get the address changed.
