Questions
- What fields are required?
- You need to have a title and a date. It's useful to have something else, but it's not
required. Although not having any talking or votes doesn't make much sense.
- Do I have to use microsoft excel?
- No. Our only requirement is you can save as Microsoft Excel, following the
well defined structure of our template. You can use
any other software if you wish.
- Can I leave blank lines in the talk sheets?
- Yes. In fact, we suggest you do as it
lets you reupload later versions which have additional changes
without the comments moving or breaking inbound links.
- Why not allow PDF/Word/WordPerfect/Text/LaTeX uploads instead?

You'd still have to follow our template, and it would be much harder for
most people. While you may be special and able to follow much a much
more complex template, not everyone can. If you want to write and support a
converter from your format of choice to excel, we're happy to point people at it.
